While the troop is boy led, there are still plenty of jobs that the adults have to do. Most of the adults that help with the troop are members of the committee. The committee is essentially the "board of directors" for the troop, overseeing the actions of the troop and the adults that work with the scouts.
Here is a sampling of the jobs that need to be done by adults:

- Committee Chair: Oversee the committee's work.
- Secretary: Record committee meetings, draft letters as necessary
- Treasurer: Maintain the troop funds
- Eagle Advisor: Primary advisor for the scouts working on their Eagle rank
- Chartering Organization Representative: Our liason with the Comm Presbyterian Church
- Permits: File all permits we require for our activities
- Outdoor Activities Coordinator: Help organize the troop's activities by making reservations, making travel arrangements, etc
- Record Keeper: Keep the troop membership and advancement database. Produce advancement reports and post updates to Council.
- Cub Pack Liason: Work with the Cub Packs, set up joint activities, etc.
- Friends of Scouting Coordinator:Our Council's annual fund raising
- Fund Raiser Coordinator: Spearhead fund raising for the troop
- New Scout Liason: Help the new scouts and parents get settled into the troop
- Funds collector: Collect funds for trips, activities, and registration. Keep track of what is collected.
- Scoutmaster/Assistant Scoutmasters: Work directly with the scouts, helping them to achieve their goals(successful trips and activities, advancement, etc)
- Trip Adult Supervision: Attend trips (camping trips, etc) and provide adult supervision. This normally just means coming on the trips having fun and staying out of the way of the scouts :)
- Advancement Coordinator/Chair: Keep track of the advancement of the scouts, help them overcome obstacles when needed, keep the scoutmaster up to date on who needs attention.
- Webmaster: Maintain our website, add to its content
- Friends of Scouting Coordinator: Coordinates the troop's activities in the Council's Friends of Scouting fund raiser.
- Scouting for Food Coordinator: Coordinate the annual food drive with the Church and the 2 packs that help
- District Liaison: Attend monthly District roundtable meetings, keep the troop up to date on District and Council activities.
- Photographer/PR Chair: Take pictures, get the troop in the local newspaper.
