November Activities:

Scouting for Food:
Where: Chester Food Pantry
Date: Sat Nov 5 (tentative)
Time: 9 am - 3 pm at the food pantry
Annual Food Drive to benefit the needy in the area. All scouts are expected to help with both pickup and sorting of the food at the pantry. Hot dogs will be provided to those that help sort food.

Where: Harriman State Park, Orange County, NY (just north of NY/NJ border)

Hiking trip for those that are interested in going to Philmont in 2013. Harriman is one of the best hiking locations in the area. Hike will be approximately 8 miles long of moderate effort. All are welcome but this trip is probably not appropriate for the first year scouts.
